I want to buy but always my transaction decline while my credit card is no problem at all.

Please kindly explain why I cant do transaction.

I wrote to onlinesupport@eximbay.com they told me 1 month can only do 5 times buying, I tried in new month using my other credit card still cant buy due to decline transaction.
