Hello. I noted my order (Number 20180602_SE8_0000174) is now waiting for shippment to Hong Kong. Would you please advise when I can expect to receive the package by SF Express to Hong Kong? Would you please take a look to my order and reply me by sending email to me at heichuk10@hotmail.com?
Please understand that my order was placed on 2 June 2018 and it has been taking 12 working days now. As I mentioned before, I lost the chance to obtain the package on 19 June 2018 and would be much appreciated if the package can reach me by 21 June 2018 (Thur) in day time.
